Sometimes we have to stop the world and breathe in the moment. As life gets so busy I am often guilty of passing by the bubbles of joy that we are given throughout the day. I rush about taking care of this and that, on the go from the minute I get out of bed to moment I flop back into it at night.
It is so refreshing to pause and appreciate all the beauty that surrounds us, even something as small as breathing in the intoxicating smell of the flowers is like therapy for our souls, reconnecting us with our Creator.
